The Unoin Co-operative Society is registered as a limited liability company (LLC) in Dubai under the misistrial directive number 2/31 dated 24th May 1982 of the ministry of Labor & social Affairs. It is registered with the federal authorities under code number 12 within the records of the cooperative management.

The Main Activities of the Union Co operative Society involve in the establishment and management of hypermarkets in Dubai .

COOP activities:

The main activities of the coop involve in the establishment and management of hypermarkets in Dubai . And The main purpose of founding this coop is to enhance  the well-being and economic status of its members and community service in the area its operates. This is done by following the cooperation principles documented in the main regulations of the coop and the union law number 13 for the year 1976, pertaining to cooperative societies.

Union cooperative society has 9 branches spread over strategic areas in Dubai such as, Al Towar, Al Rashidiya, Satwa, Karama, Hamriyah, Mirdif, Aweer Jumeirah, and Al Tawar. And recently, It's held the management of Ajman  markets Cooperative Society and the Association of the armed forces in Abu Dhabi .

Throughout this period, UCS has been able to reach the highest degree of success and excellence, and achieved the Number 1 spot in the UAE in terms of importance, spread, Capital, and profiles.
